She leads teams, builds effective systems, and supports students and families with care and intention. With both a Master’s and a Specialist degree in Special Education, she understands the educational system from multiple angles and brings a deep understanding to the families she serves. 

 

What drives Tiara goes beyond credentials. Inspired by a lifelong passion for working with children and personal family experiences that confirmed this work as her calling. Tiara shows up for each family with warmth and clarity, leaving them feeling seen, encouraged, and ready to move forward.
